eFiling Updates

We provide guidance to users when we make changes that affect how you use the Kansas Courts eFiling system.

Effective 11-01-21: The 13th Judicial District (Butler, Elk, and Greenwood counties) will adopt the new centralized case management system, also known as Odyssey. If you are an attorney who will pay filing fees through the efiling system to these courts, you must configure a TOGA wallet account by November 1.

The account can be the same banking institution account or credit card account you configured for efiling to courts that use the FullCourt case management system, but the information must be configured under the TOGA account section of your user profile. To set up the account, follow the TOGA Wallet Account Instructions
