An attorney licensed to practice in another state who is working in Kansas for a single employer may apply for a restricted license without taking the Kansas bar exam.

An attorney licensed to practice in another state who is married to a military service member stationed in Kansas may apply for a restricted license without taking the Kansas bar exam.

Temporary practice
