Transfer Exam Scores

New online portal

As of July 1, 2022, applicants are required to submit all applications for admission by transferring a Uniform Bar Exam Score through the Attorney Admissions office’s online portal.

Transfer Uniform Bar Exam scores from Kansas

The Kansas Board of Law Examiners uses the Uniform Bar Examination score transcript services provided by the National Conference of Bar Examiners to transfer Uniform Bar Examination scores earned in Kansas to other jurisdictions. The National Conference of Bar Examiners will not release any Uniform Bar Examination score information until after your scores are released by the Kansas Board of Law Examiners.

You must take the Multistate Essay Exam, the Multistate Performance Test, and the Multistate Bar Exam in order to earn a portable Uniform Bar Examination score that can be transferred to seek admission in other jurisdictions.

UBE score portability

  • For eligible applicants who have taken the written uniform bar exam in another jurisdiction within the last 60 months.

  • Concurrent applications may be submitted for applicants who will take the upcoming written UBE in another jurisdiction.
