List of Approved Mediators: This roster contains the names of mediators who have met the minimum approval requirements as outlined in Supreme Court Rule 902 and who have registered with the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration Dispute Resolution Coordinator.  The Supreme Court’s approval does not imply any degree of mediation skill or competency on behalf of any particular mediator.  Mediators indicate their “areas of expertise” based upon their own requirements; any information provided on the list is supplied by the mediator and is not reviewed by the Office of Judicial Administration.  The Office of Judicial Administration suggests that individuals seeking a mediator first review the brochure, How to Select A Mediator.
