Helpful Hints:

  • A windows media player is required to access audio/video. Generally, Microsoft Media Player comes installed with your operating system. If not, the media player is readily available on the internet as a free download.
  • If you are unable to access the audio/video, be aware that a firewall can block access. Check with your own technical staff if that is an issue.
  • For best sound quality, use amplified speakers (ones that must be plugged into electricity).
  • The number of people able to access the site at a given time will be limited by the capacity of the Judicial Center server. Try at a later time if the server is at capacity.
