Jury Duty

- Only in-county residents may serve on a court case for their specific county.

- Jurors receive a fee between $10 and $50 per day. This fee is set by the county commissioners and may vary per county.

- A juror is only required to serve once in a twelve month period.

- If you receive a jury summons, you must appear in court on the day specified unless otherwise notified.

- Requests for excuse from jury service should be included on the juror questionnaire. The Court will review the request and advise the prospective juror of its decision.
