The clerk, upon request, shall provide a noncustodial parent with a motion to enforce visitation/parenting time form. The noncustodial parent shall file the completed motion to enforce visitation/parenting time form with the clerk in the court where your visitation/parenting time was ordered.
There is no filing fee to file this motion but the filing party will need to pay to the court the cost of certified mail.
A hearing must be set within 21 days of the filing date.
