The following rules are hereby adopted for the administration of the Fourth Judicial District of Kansas. They shall be binding on all court employees and shall control administrative procedures and personnel policies in the district.
Each clerk of the district court shall maintain an official file of administrative rules, whis shall be available to the public during normal business hours of the court.
