Hon. Phillip M. Fromme
Judge Phillip M. Fromme was appointed Coffey County Magistrate Judge by Governor John Carlin in 1983. He was appointed District Judge by Governor Bill Graves in 1996. Judge Fromme has served as Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial District since 2004. He currently handles criminal, domestic, adoption and probate cases in Coffey and Osage counties.
