Review of Guidelines

Chapter 45, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 302.56 requires that the state guidelines for child support must be "reviewed at least every four years to ensure that their application results in the determination of appropriate child support amounts." Therefore, these Kansas guidelines shall be reviewed by the Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee no later than July 1, 2007, and at least once every four years thereafter.
