2006 Legislation

The following bills were introduced at the request of the Judicial Council, and have been passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor:

• 2005 SB 40 - A bill amending the notice procedure to the surviving spouse under K.S.A. 59-2233.
• 2005 SB 261 - A bill repealing the Kansas Juvenile Justice Code and replacing it with the "Revised Kansas Juvenile Justice Code. See proposed legislation .
