Juvenile Offender/Child in Need of Care Codes

The 2006 Legislature passed SB 261, the Revised Kansas Juvenile Justice Code and HB 2352, the Revised Kansas Code for Care of Children. The effective date of both codes was January 1, 2007.

The Judicial Council is posting materials relating to both codes that may be of assistance to the bench and the bar when working with the new codes. The materials include:
