Complaint against a Judge

BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THIS FORM:

• Please read the Supreme Court Rules Relating to Judicial Conduct to determine if you think a Kansas judge has violated any of the Judicial Canons. The court is currently enjoined from enforcing Canons 5A(3)(d)(i) and (ii) and 5C(2) which are lined through.
• Please review the brochure which describes the functions of the Commission on Judicial Qualifications. Note in particular the examples of functions which the Commission cannot perform.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Be sure to give specific details and facts concerning your complaint. If there are documents, letters, or any other materials directly related to the complaint, please include them. Do not include documents which do not directly support or relate to the complaint, for example, documents only generally related to the litigation. If you have failed to include some relevant information, it will be requested of you.
• You need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater to view and print these documents. The software is available without charge at www.adobe.com.
